Nihard is a nickel chromium white cast iron with good wear resistance and impact resistance, and its microstructure is chromium iron alloy distributed on nickel-based martensite.

   Nihard is used in high-wear, high-impact environments such as construction, mining, mineral manufacturing and processing.

   Ni-Hard4 international hard nickel cast iron

   NiHard4 is a hard nickel cast iron material, also known as ASTMA532 Clas4 TypeA. 

   It is a highly alloyed cast iron material with excellent wear and impact resistance.  

   NiHard4 nickel hard cast iron is mainly composed of nickel chromium, molybdenum and iron, can be used for manufacturing tools

   Parts with high wear resistance and impact strength requirements.

   Ni-Hard4 nickel cast iron has the following main characteristics and properties:

     1. Wear resistance: This cast iron has excellent wear resistance and can maintain its surface hardness and wear resistance for a long time in an environment of high load and severe wear.

     2. Impact resistance: Ni-Hard4 nickel hard cast iron has excellent impact toughness due to the addition of alloying elements, and can withstand high impact loads.

     3. Corrosion resistance: the chromium and molybdenum content of nickel hard cast iron improves its corrosion resistance and can resist the corrosion of acidic and alkaline media.

     4. High temperature performance: Ni-Hard4 nickel hard cast iron can maintain good hardness and strength at high temperature, suitable for use under high temperature conditions.

     5. Processability: Compared with ordinary cast iron, Ni-Hard4 nickel hard cast iron has a higher melting point and low fluidity, and the processability is slightly worse, requiring the use of higher furnace temperatures and more complex casting processes.
